Notes

PS Black beans are absolutely delicious. They are a great source of protein and complex carbohydrates. Black beans are low in calories, but are more filling than some other protein sources while providing a slow steady source of energy due to its high fiber content.

Black beans are great for the colon since their high fiber content help move things through the colon more readily and also improve cardiovascular disease. Have great taste and a strong heart. Enjoy!
